RETURN POLICY
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new, in their original packaging and in unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please fill out the customer service form and include your order number and a brief description for the reason the item is to be returned. Once submitted, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and instructions for how to return the item(s) will be emailed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to fourteen (14) business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If the original item(s) were received damaged, we require proof of damage (IE: photo) so that a claim can be made with the shipping courier. Fill out the customer service form and a representative will get back with you shortly.
